Step 4

Mount Lights

  • First you will need to mount the light backer plate. The plates are universal. They can be install on the left or right side. However, you will need to make sure they are mounted correctly as the center hole should not be in the center. The center hole should be slightly above center as shown below. If the hole is slightly below center you need to flip the backer plate over. Once you install the LED Light, the hole will become centered

  • Hold the plate over the mounting holes and fasten it to the bike using 3 3/8x1 bolts, followed by washers, lock washer, and nuts

  • Mount the Led Light to the backer plate using the 5/16 bolts.

  • The light bracket is offset, Mount  the light so it is offset downwards. This will counter the backer plate hole being above center . The light should now be centered in the bikes light fixture.

Step 5

Tests and adjust lights

  • These instructions only show you how to install on the left side of bike. Repeater the process for the right side.

  • After finishing the install on the right side reconnect the battery and test the lights.

  • The light on the switch will stay on whether the lights are ON or OFF

  • If your lights are not working , the first thing to check is that your accessory fuse is installed and/or not blown. Some models came from the factory with the fuse not install.

  • We recommend using a wall or garage door to adjust your light.

  • Once you have the light where you want them, them reinstall all your side panels.
