KRX 4 Roof Install Instructions
The roof can be installed two ways.
1. One way to install the panels is to assembling the panels first on a large table and then placing the fully assembled roof onto the KRX ( We would recommend a helper)
2. The Second way would be to place each panel on your KRX and assemble them together one at a time.
(This option is much easier if you don't have help placing the fully assembled roof onto the KRX
These Instructions will show you the first assembly process. You will begin on a large table with the bottom of the panels upside down.
1. Lay the panels out Front, Middle, Rear all facing forward

2. We recommend placing a small cardboard box under the panels. This will help to get your hands under the panels to fasten them together.
3. Starting from front to back. Over lap the middle and front panels together. The middle panel will lay on top of the front panel and the rear panel will lay on top of the middle panel.
4. Using the included barrel nuts/bolts, install the Philips screws in to the smaller holes, and install the flat head nut on the top side in to the larger holes.
When the roof is fully installed the philips head screws will be on the top of the KRX, and the flat head nuts on the bottom or inside the KRX.
We don't recommend fully tightening the barrel nuts untill all the barrels nuts and panels are assembled

5. Install the provided foam around the sides on the roof,(Front-Rear) about 1/4 inch in from the edge of the roof. Go Left-Right on the cross bars of the roll cage. We recommend waiting to install the foam until you have the roof on the KRX in order to align the foam to with the cross bars.

6. After you've laid the roof on the KRX add the remaining foam to the roof where the cross bars of the roll cage touch the roof ( front middle and rear cross bars)

7. Using the correct size cage clamp, begin fastening the roof to the roll cage with the 1/4-1 bolts.
At the same time you can fasten the roof to the factory roll cage holes using the 1/4-1 bolts
We don't recommend fulling tightening the bolts until you have installed all the hardware. Once all hardware is installed go back and full tighten each bolt.
(Lager cage clamps 1 3/4 go on sides and smaller 1 1/2 go on middle cross bars)

8. Fully tighten each bolt
If you have any question about the install process please reach out to us and we would be more then happy to help.
